Thomas Park Management Welcomes Amy Natoli as Vice President of Operations; Awarded Management for the Brick Companies Office and Retail Portfolio

ANNAPOLIS, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Thomas Park, a fast-growing full-service real estate firm, is pleased to announce that Amy Natoli has joined the company as Vice President of Operations. In addition, Thomas Park Management has been selected as the exclusive property management firm for four of The Brick Companies class-A commercial assets.

Natoli brings over 20 years of experience in property management, leasing, and operations to Thomas Park. In addition to overseeing Thomas Park’s property management team, Natoli will spearhead the implementation of strategic growth initiatives for the firm.

Natoli joins Thomas Park from The Brick Companies, where she served in various roles for 20+ years, most recently as Vice President. At The Brick Companies, she was responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of office, retail, industrial, and marina properties across Maryland and Virginia. Natoli also holds CPM and RPA certifications through IREM. She has received several IREM awards including CPM of the Year, President’s Award, and Volunteer of the Year. Her industry involvement with IREM includes past and current leadership roles such as Director, Vice Chair, Chairperson, along with past President of the Maryland IREM Chapter. Amy is also focused on professional development, both as an IREM Instructor, and Vice Chair of the region’s Education Committee.

Thomas Park was also awarded a property management contract from The Brick Companies for four Maryland-based buildings. The portfolio consists of office and retail properties totaling over 300,000 square feet.
