Foti, Jr., Esq. and the law firm of Kahn Swick & Foti, LLC (“KSF”) are investigating the proposed sale of Summit Materials, Inc. (“the Company”) (NYSE: SUM) to Cementos Argos S.A. (OTC: CMTOY). Under the terms of the proposed transaction, Cementos will receive approximately 54.7 million shares of Summit stock and approximately $1.2 billion in cash, subject to closing adjustments. Upon closing of the proposed transaction, Cementos will own approximately 31% of the combined company on a fully diluted basis.
