Modivcare Appoints Henry “Enrique” Toledo as Chief People Officer

DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Modivcare Inc. (the “Company” or “Modivcare”) (Nasdaq: MODV), a technology-enabled healthcare services company that provides a platform of integrated supportive care solutions focused on improving health outcomes, today announced that Henry “Enrique” Toledo was appointed as its Chief People Officer, effective today. Mr. Toledo will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, talent management, and organizational development at Modivcare.

Mr. Toledo has over three decades of experience in human resources, operations, and strategy and was most recently the Chief People Officer for Valet Living, the leading tech-enabled B2B2C and B2C organization in the multi-family industry. Previously, Enrique was Global Head of Learning, Talent, and Performance Operations at Citigroup and he also served as Division Vice President & General Manager of Automatic Data Processing’s Recruiting Technology business. Earlier in his career, Mr. Toledo worked as an HR leader at WellCare Health Plans, as well as Aramark and two tech startup companies. Enrique resides in St. Petersburg, Florida and holds a bachelor’s degree in human resource management from Georgia State University, a master’s degree in management from Temple University, an HR Management certificate from Duke University, and will soon graduate from The Wharton School’s prestigious Advanced Management Program.
