RESTON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Stride K12 is encouraging students nationwide to “picture themselves” as a winner of the 2023 K12 National Photography competition. This year’s competition, “In Focus,” invites students in grades K-12 to submit their photography entries beginning on August 17th.
Students can submit entries across three categories: DSLR photography, smartphone photography, and film photography, which includes 35mm film and polaroid photographs. Each grade band – K-2, 3-5, 6-8, and 9-12 – and photography category will produce winners set to win their choice in prizes valued up to $1,200. “Through this Photography Competition, we get the privilege of seeing the creative minds of students around the country at work,” said Karen Ghidotti, Senior Vice President of Customer Experience at Stride. “This year, we look forward to seeing how students will be showcasing their artistic talents through the various types of photography available today.”
