MERIDIAN, Idaho--()--Western states homebuilder Williams Homes is continuing to maintain its momentum in the Mountain West region. First entering the Idaho market in 2019, the company is moving forward with four new residential projects with deliveries projected in 2023. Division operations are based in Meridian and are managed by a talented and nimble team of outstanding homebuilding experts with experience in all facets of residential and mixed-use development.

Williams Homes’ commitment to Idaho is an important factor in the company’s long-term growth. Its established reputation for quality craftsmanship, thoughtfully designed homes and first-rate customer service will make a significant contribution to new home offerings in the state. All of Williams’ current projects in Idaho provide for a strong pipeline to deliver homes at a steady pace and affords the company the ability to maintain a disciplined approach to new acquisitions of residential land and lots in highly desirable locations across the Gem State.

In northern Idaho, sales activity is underway at Base Camp, a 47 single-family home subdivision in Sandpoint. Located in the shadows of Mt. Schweitzer and minutes from Lake Pend Oreille, the two-story designs span 1,917 to 2,561 square feet, some feature first-floor primary bedrooms. Vertical construction is underway on the first nine deliveries expected in 2023.

The three additional projects Williams Homes is developing in the state’s Treasure Valley region include:

Sun Creek: a 26 single-family sub-division on 6.7 acres with lots averaging 5,925 square feet. Floorplans will range from 2,139 to 2,894 square feet offering unique one- and two-story designs. Vertical construction is scheduled to begin late summer-early fall 2023.

Cranefield: featuring a total of 203 homes in a range of product types including townhomes, small-lot single-family detached, and conventional single-family detached homes in Star. The floorplans will range from approximately 1,700 to 3,500 square feet. Some will feature RV and toy garages. Construction is underway with initial sales slated for late 2023.

Farmstead Landing: an exclusive community of 80 single-family, estate homes coming soon to Eagle. Vertical construction is expected to begin in early 2024.
