Hexion Associates Celebrate Annual Day of Service

”Hexion Cares Day” Aligns with Key Pillars of the Company’s Philanthropic Initiatives

COLUMBUS, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Hexion will hold its annual day of service benefiting a variety of organizations in Columbus as part of the company’s annual “Hexion Cares Day” on Thursday, August 24. The event showcases Hexion’s ongoing commitment to supporting and making a positive impact in its local communities.

During this year’s Hexion Cares Day, Hexion associates will volunteer at organizations focused on housing, education and food insecurity, including: Habitat for Humanity - MidOhio, LifeCare Alliance, YWCA Columbus Homeless Families Center, Home for Families, and Columbus Early Learning Center. Projects range from painting, building homes, serving meals, and organizing events for children. These nonprofits are all partner agencies with the United Way of Central Ohio.
