Belkin International Named a 2023 Best Place to Work by Los Angeles Business Journal

Belkin celebrates its third year of being recognized among the top 100 companies to work in Los Angeles

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Belkin, a leading consumer electronics brand for 40 years, was recently named as one of the Best Places to Work in Los Angeles by the Los Angeles Business Journal for the third time.

This survey and awards program created by the Los Angeles Business Journal in collaboration with Workforce Research Group, was designed to identify, recognize and honor the best employers in Los Angeles, benefiting the county's economy, workforce and businesses. The list is made up of 100 companies. Belkin is recognized for it “people-first” philosophy and practices for its employees.

Organizations from across the county entered the employer assessment process to determine the Best Places to Work in Los Angeles. The first part – worth approximately 20% of the total evaluation – consisted of evaluating each nominated company's benefits, policies, practices, and demographics. The second part – worth approximately 80% of the total evaluation – consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final rankings.

The full list of Best Places to Work in Los Angeles is published in the August 14, 2023, issue of the Los Angeles Business Journal.
