The Intero Home Check Program is a bundled solution incorporating a home maintenance services package, home inspection, and home warranty with exclusive discount pricing for Intero agents and their clients. In partnership with HomeSmiles, sellers working with Intero receive a full 18-point maintenance service on their homes before hitting the market, providing a cleaner home inspection report. In addition, American Home Shield will provide a discount on a home warranty for any home utilizing the Intero Home Check program.
