Denise Ceule Appointed as Chief Legal Officer at ModMed

With an impressive track record of over 20 years in the healthcare industry, Denise brings extensive expertise in securities law, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, compliance, and administration to her new role at ModMed.

Denise Ceule's previous experience includes her tenure as Chief Legal Officer at naviHealth, a prominent provider in post-acute care management and care transitions. During her time at naviHealth, Denise led her legal, compliance, and information security teams in supporting a high-growth business and contributing to the development of groundbreaking strategic solutions.

Prior to naviHealth, Denise served as Corporate Secretary and Vice President, Law - Corporate and Securities, at Change Healthcare, formerly Emdeon. In this capacity, she played a pivotal role in supporting the company's successful initial public offering in 2009 and its joint venture with McKesson in 2017, solidifying her reputation as a strategic legal expert.

Denise's exceptional career also includes her time as Senior Legal Counsel at CVS Caremark, where she played a crucial role in the complex merger between Caremark Rx, Inc., and CVS Corporation in 2007.

Denise Ceule holds a bachelor of arts degree from Rhodes College and a doctor of law degree from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. Her outstanding educational background, combined with her extensive experience, showcases her commitment to excellence and continuous professional development.
