Church of the Highlands Hosts GrowLeader Conference, Empowering Church Leaders Across the Country

Summary: Church of the Highlands successfully concludes its transformative GrowLeader Conference, born from Pastor Chris Hodges' vision to support 1,000 churches in breaking the 1,000 attendance barrier

BIRMINGHAM, ALA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Church of the Highlands is pleased to announce the conclusion of its transformative GrowLeader Conference, which took place from July 25th to 27th. This milestone event brought together passionate church leaders from around the globe, equipping them with practical and empowering leadership tools to propel ministries towards growth and impact.

GrowLeader, an initiative by Church of the Highlands, was born from the vision of its founding Pastor, Chris Hodges.

In 2011, Hodges felt called by God to help 1,000 churches break the 1,000 attendance barrier. Fueled by this calling, he began to support and equip church leaders in a hands-on and practical manner in their journey to reaching their God-given potential.

The desire for continuous personal growth among church leaders became apparent, leading to the establishment of GrowLeader in January 2021.

This new initiative focused on nurturing the leadership abilities of pastors and empowering them to lead their churches towards greater outreach and influence.

Highlands Resources, formerly known as GrowLeader, continues to provide invaluable resources to over 16,500 churches worldwide, without any cost to the recipients.

This commitment to generosity and accessibility underscores Church of the Highlands' dedication to supporting churches of all sizes and backgrounds in their mission to make a positive difference in their communities.

The GrowLeader Conference, held annually, has rapidly become a highly anticipated event in the calendars of church leaders across the nation. This year's conference featured an array of speakers and workshops, all aimed at fostering effective leadership principles that can be readily applied to various ministry contexts.

The success of the GrowLeader Conference further cements Church of the Highlands' commitment to its vision of growing leaders who, in turn, grow churches and leave a lasting impact on their communities.

By investing in the development of church leaders, Church of the Highlands continues to play a pivotal role in fulfilling its mission of spreading the life-giving message Jesus to people all around the world.
