CSC Appoints John Cuciti as Senior Product and Relationship Manager for Delaware Trust Company

Cuciti to expand escrow, project finance, and reinsurance trust business

WILMINGTON, Del.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CSC, the world’s leading provider of business, legal, tax, and digital brand services, has announced the addition of John Cuciti as senior product and relationship manager. In this role, he’ll be responsible for growing and expanding services for the escrow, project finance, and reinsurance trust markets of CSC’s wholly owned and fully regulated subsidiary, Delaware Trust Company.

Cuciti will report to Ed Morelli, senior managing director and head of project finance, escrow services and reinsurance trust. “As we continue to grow in the U.S., Latin America, and global markets, John’s expertise and experience with these products, markets, and clients will be vital to identifying new and exciting opportunities and areas of focus,” said Morelli.

With more than 20 years of agency and trust experience, Cuciti was most recently director and product manager at Citi Agency & Trust, overseeing escrow, reinsurance trust, loan agency, and project finance as well as M&A and SPACs. In addition to previous positions during his tenure with Citigroup, Inc., John held positions with Deutsche Bank and Prudential Securities.
