PHINIA completed its separation from BorgWarner Inc. (NYSE: BWA) on July 3, 2023. Prior to the separation, PHINIA was a wholly-owned subsidiary of BorgWarner comprised of the company’s Fuel Systems and Aftermarket segments. PHINIA’s second quarter 2023 results will reflect the company’s business segment performance under BorgWarner’s pre-spin ownership of PHINIA with carve out adjustments. BorgWarner has announced that it will report its consolidated financial results on Wednesday, August 2, 2023.
