The team at Climate X have developed a remarkable tool that can accurately forecast long-term climate risks to properties and assets. It’s going to be a very exciting journey together.”

Craig has led business units in both large global public companies and private mid-cap growth businesses. He was previously CEO of Global Corporate Services at Newmark Knight Frank where he led all sales, operations and platform investments for their corporate real estate business. Prior to Newmark, he was U.S President of Colliers International Group, overseeing more than $1 billion in annual revenue, 5,600 real estate professionals and 150 offices.

Over the course of his career, Craig has also held various executive and senior management positions at commercial real estate services firms Cassidy Turley and CBRE, as well as AIG Investments.

Most recently, he was Chief Growth Officer for coworking company Industrious and led Powered By We, a hyper-growth business unit at WeWork providing technology, development and management services to property owners and tenants.

CEO and co-founder of Climate X Lukky Ahmed said: “Craig has remarkable knowledge of the US real estate market and an inherent understanding of our customers’ needs.

“From running global businesses to scaling innovation and adoption of new technologies, his expertise will be invaluable as we continue our rapid global expansion. I’m thrilled to welcome him to the business.”
