VMS Enhances and Diversifies Dallas Operations with the Acquisition of Integrity

MOKENA, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Vehicle Management Solutions LLC (“VMS”), a portfolio company of Mill Point Capital LLC (“Mill Point”), announced the acquisition of Integrity Parking Management (“Integrity” or the “Company”), a leading light-duty Private Property Impound (“PPI”) company based in Denton, Texas, serving the Dallas-Ft. Worth metropolitan area.

Integrity’s business model and geographic presence fit seamlessly with VMS’ Dallas operations and the Company will be able to leverage VMS’ storage and auction capabilities to generate additional revenue. Furthermore, VMS will utilize Integrity’s expansive PPI customer base and overall vehicle quality to optimize both volume and efficiency.
