BALTIMORE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Located at 35 E Cross St in Federal Hill, the Cookies Baltimore cannabis dispensary announced its flagship Baltimore dispensary has now officially reopened.
Today, the dispensary will only serve medical patients with a valid Maryland medical marijuana card until 10pm. Beginning tomorrow, July 1st, adults 21 years and older can legally purchase cannabis at the Cookies Baltimore dispensary from 10am to 10pm. The dispensary will have a dedicated register for medical patients all day. Parking is available directly South of the dispensary in the West St. Garage.
The dispensary temporarily closed earlier this month, to make some improvements. Since then, the company has addressed a technical malfunction with its surveillance system. In addition, the company has worked with its security and marketing partners to ensure the dispensary is always in compliance with MCA requirements. The company reminds everyone that the public consumption of cannabis is still illegal under Maryland law.
“We sincerely appreciate our patrons' patience and support during our facility improvement process earlier this month. We look forward to seeing you soon,” said Tommy Nafso, CEO and Founder of Noxx.
Maryland voters legalized adult-use (recreational) marijuana for adults 21 and older in November. Beginning July 1, the state will allow individuals 21 years and older to purchase cannabis from a licensed dispensary.
