Superior Pipeline Company Announces Name Change

TULSA, Okla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Effective April 24, 2023, SP Investor Holdings LLC (“SP Investor”), which is jointly owned by OPTrust and Partners Group, a leading global private markets firm, acting on behalf of its clients, completed the purchase of Unit Corporation’s 50% interest in Superior Pipeline Company (“Superior” or the “Company”) resulting in SP Investor owning 100% of Superior. With the completion of this purchase, SP Investor will change the Company’s name to Superior Midstream, LLC.
