The Financial Services Forum Returns With Trends and Developments in the International Banking and Insurance Industries

The event will be held on October 23rd and 24th, and will feature experts in compliance, captive insurance, financial crimes, among others.

SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Puerto Rico Financial Services Forum (FSF) will bring together process and compliance experts in the international banking and insurance industries on October 23rd and 24th, 2023, at the Sheraton Hotel & Casino Convention Center in San Juan. On this third occasion, the Puerto Rico Financial Services Forum (FSF) will feature industry leaders who will share their experience, as well as the latest in topics on compliance, regulations, and opportunities.

This event, hosted by the Puerto Rico International Banks Association (PRIBA) and the Puerto Rico International Insurers Association (PRIIA), will feature over 50 local and international experts, including Alexander S. Adams, Insurance Commissioner of Puerto Rico; Natalia Zequeira, Commissioner of Financial Institutions; Secretary Manuel Cidre, Puerto Rico Department of Economic Development and Commerce; Yeissa Rodríguez, Compliance Head for Advantage International Bank Corp; Heidy Duarte, Risk Advisor at Kaufman Rossin, and Ella Woger, chief executive officer of Invest PR, among others.

Success stories in international banking and insurance will be presented, as well as: "Puerto Rico as a World-Class International Banking Center;" "Understanding and Addressing Risk in the Cyber Era;" "Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning: Working Smart to Prevent Money Laundering" and "National Threat Assessment: Impact on Puerto Rico," among others, will be presented.
