Alliant Insurance Services Expands Mid-Atlantic Team, Hiring Ken Smith

IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Ken Smith has joined Alliant Insurance Services as Executive Vice President and Regional Director within its Alliant Americas division. Based in McLean, Virginia, Smith will work with a range of clients throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, designing and supporting comprehensive insurance and risk management solutions.

Smith has more than 30 years of insurance industry experience with a focus on leadership, business development, talent development, and recruiting. His diverse background includes successes in the areas of P&L management, consultative sales, negotiating M&A and divestiture deals, operational efficiency, and process management. As a leader, he has worked to build and implement sales pipeline discipline, pricing for value, forecasting protocols, and retention strategies that address the challenges faced by businesses in today’s marketplace.
