Change of the Board

China Nonferrous Gold Limited 中国有色黄金有限公司 (AIM: CNG), the mineral exploration and mining company currently mining the Pakrut gold project in the Republic of Tajikistan, announces that Mr. Zhang has tendered his resignation managing director, and Executive Director of the Company to pursue other business interests. That resignation has immediate effect today.

At the same time, Mr. Feng Zhishuo has been appointed as managing director of the Company and an Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.

Mr. Feng, aged 42, is a geologist and graduated from Peking University as a master of geology. He is well experienced in the fields of mining and management. From April 2013 to August 2018, he worked as the manager of Technical Department and acting general manager of China Nonferrous Kabwe Mining Co., Ltd. (Zambia); from August 2018 to December 2019, geology director of Southeast Orebody of NFC Africa Mining PLC(Zambia); from December 2019 to October 2022, acting Secretary of the board of China Nonferrous Gold Limited; from October 2022 to present, Secretary of the board of China Nonferrous Gold Limited; from August 2021 to present, the Vice Director of Resource Development Department of China Nonferrous Metals Int’l Mining Co., Ltd.
