Radial Announces Jim French as Chief Technology Officer

French brings more than 30 years of experience to role and will lead continued technology advancements and innovation efforts in eCommerce solutions

KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Radial, Inc., the leader in eCommerce solutions, today announced the appointment of Jim French as its new Chief Technology Officer. French will report to Henri de Romrée, Radial's Chief Executive Officer.

In his new role, French will build upon Radial's ongoing efforts to drive innovation and boost its technology and infrastructure across the network, while further strengthening the company’s continued leadership in delivering cutting-edge eCommerce solutions. He will be responsible for competitively positioning the company in the market by solidifying its IT roadmap and ensuring that its IT strategy promotes long-term future growth while yielding a strong return on investment.

French brings a distinguished history of technology leadership at various global companies to his new role at Radial. Prior to joining Radial, French served as Chief Technology Officer at Transplace, an Uber Freight Company, where he oversaw all enterprise technology, including product and program management, software engineering, data platforms, and information security, among other areas of specialty, during his four-year tenure. Before Transplace, French held senior technology roles at MoneyGram International as Chief Technology Officer & Head of Application Development & Enterprise Architecture, and at travel technology company Sabre.
