Roei is a finance executive with over fifteen years of extensive experience and a proven track record in building and leading hyper-growth-stage startups to mature businesses, including the execution of complex M&As, restructuring, and divestures across the hi-tech industry. In addition, Roei is a Certified Public Accountant and holds an MBA in finance and BA in accounting & economics.
