U.S. Department of Labor Appoints Jack Towarnicky, Member of aequum LLC, to ERISA Advisory Council

CLEVELAND--(BUSINESS WIRE)--aequum LLC, acting on behalf of 400 self-insured health plans and their participants, announces that Jack Towarnicky has been appointed to the Advisory Council on Employee Welfare and Pension Benefit Plans, also known as the ERISA Advisory Council. This 15-member Council provides advice on policies and regulations affecting employee benefit plans governed by the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA).
