(“Golden Falcon”) (NYSE: GFX), a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company, announced the filing of a registration statement on Form F-4 (the “Registration Statement”) by MNG Airlines, which contains a preliminary proxy statement/prospectus, with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) in connection with their recently proposed business combination.
