Expel Returns to RSA Conference 2023

Security operations provider to showcase product innovations and host an artist to illustrate the many faces of cybersecurity

HERNDON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Expel, the security operations provider that aims to make security easy to understand, use and improve, today announced its return to San Francisco for RSA Conference (RSAC) 2023. Expel will be in the South Hall (S0954) highlighting its recent product innovations like the industry’s first-to-market managed detection and response (MDR) for Kubernetes solution, new integrations to manage overall business risk, improvements to the design of its security operations platform, Expel Workbench™, and more to come at the show.

“We’re thrilled to be back in San Francisco to talk to defenders on the front lines of protecting organizations around the world,” said Kelly Fiedler, Chief Marketing Officer, Expel. “RSA Conference’s theme of ‘stronger together’ connects with Expel’s commitment to share knowledge with the cybersecurity community to help organizations fight the good fight.”

Live from the show floor, the Expel team will conduct product demos and short presentations that showcase how Expel enables customers to:

  • Make sense of security with an integrated platform that breaks down silos. With a 22-minute median alert-to-fix time, Expel translates alerts into prescriptive outcomes with a software-driven approach. The Expel security operations center (SOC) addresses emerging cloud threats with precision, as Expel-written detection rules identify 98% of the cloud incidents it finds.
  • Personalize and evolve security operations from reactive to proactive to identify threats at the start of the cyber kill chain before they become risks. Expel scales detection and response from the security stack to the entire infrastructure — finance, HR and beyond — to manage overall business risk. And, customers can personalize security operations with over 500 configurable settings in Expel Workbench.
  • Make every security investment count. Integrate existing tech without any agents with more than 100 integrations across cloud, Kubernetes, SaaS apps, on-prem, and more. Achieve measurable outcomes using existing tech investments, while scaling the team — and earn a 610% return on investment (ROI) over three years. Security teams can quantify value, understand how their tech is working for them, and define what strong security looks like for their organizations with value-driven reporting and benchmarking.

Conference attendees can schedule a demo here to see Expel Workbench in action, or book a one-on-one meeting with Expel here.

Expel will also welcome local artist Bee Betwee to the Expel booth each day of RSA Conference, where she’ll create a live art installation of the many faces, backgrounds, and experiences present at the show that represent the “stronger together” cybersecurity community. Visit the Expel booth on Tuesday, April 25, and Wednesday, April 26, between 2 and 5 pm, and Thursday, April 27, between 10 am and 1 pm to watch Bee work and become a part of the art.
