Trinity Hunt Partners Announces Commercial HVAC Services Platform with Investment in Alliance Group

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Trinity Hunt Partners, a growth-oriented private equity firm focused on services businesses, announced today its majority investment in Alliance Group, a leading provider of commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system services.

Alliance specializes in the maintenance, repair, and installation of commercial HVAC systems. In addition to its core HVAC services, the company offers electrical, plumbing, construction, and building automation services, providing clients with a single-source solution for facility maintenance and repair needs. Alliance serves more than 500 clients across diverse end markets throughout the Northeast, earning its reputation as a regional leader through its premier team of technicians and best-in-class client service.
