Corvias Appoints Murphy to Lead Military Housing Management at Fort Meade and Aberdeen Proving Ground

Seasoned Industry Leader Shows Commitment to Residents

WARWICK, R.I.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Corvias appointed Erin Murphy as the Regional Vice President of Property Operations for Corvias Property Management at Fort Meade and Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG) in Maryland. Murphy, a NAA Certified Apartment Manager, brings 29 years of experience to the organization, which includes responsibility for all operational aspects of three portfolios consisting of 14 diverse, multi-state conventional and military communities.

Murphy will lead and oversee award-winning property management teams and will serve as the interim day-to-day Operations Director for both locations. With this hands-on role, she will be accountable for strengthening operational outcomes, effectively partnering with Army leadership, enhancing the resident experience, developing employees and increasing efficiencies across Corvias’ property management processes.
