FORT WASHINGTON, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Bancroft Capital, a certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) specializing in Institutional Brokerage and Capital Markets services, announced new team members: Dan Morales, Senior Vice President of Capital Markets, and Timothy J. Cochrane, Director of Business Development.
Morales is a highly dedicated professional and U.S. Marine, who has devoted his career to serving his country and community. He will be working to expand Bancroft's presence in both equity and debt capital markets offerings. Morales has worked on both the institutional and retail sides of finance since 2012 and most recently worked at JP Morgan. Morales holds the Series 7, Series 65, and Series 66 licenses as well as the Accredited Asset Management Specialist (A.A.M.S.) certification. He received his bachelor’s degree from Binghamton University and his MBA from Fordham University.
U.S. Marine Tim Cochrane comes to Bancroft with nearly four decades of industry experience and will help Bancroft grow the equity capital markets business, and continue to develop strategic partnerships within the financial and military communities.
"We are incredibly honored to add Dan and Tim to our team. They are both outstanding individuals and will help Bancroft to grow our footprint nationally, which will significantly elevate Bancroft's status in the capital markets space. Each is a valued representative of our firm’s continued growth and expansion,” said Bill Mingione, Managing Director, Capital Markets.
Bancroft was co-founded in 2017 by Cauldon Quinn, a disabled Navy veteran. His vision was to build a company with a strong commitment to service: service to clients, country, and veterans. Bancroft places financial industry veterans alongside military veterans to deliver value-added content to its clients; and strives to offer best-in-class service to its institutional clients across an array of financial services.
Committed to offering meaningful training and employment to service-disabled veterans, Bancroft Capital launched its signature Veteran Training Program (VTP) in 2019. Bancroft funnels profits, earned through its hard work and extensive knowledge, into the VTP, which puts disabled veterans in a position to develop a skill set capable of supporting a new career as Institutional Traders and Investment Bankers.
