Neuhaus Education Center Names Sairam Pathi as Chief Financial Officer

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Neuhaus Education Center (NEC), a non-profit educational organization dedicated in promoting Literacy for All, has named Sairam (Sai) Pathi as its Chief Financial Officer, effective March 1, 2023.

"Sai is a seasoned finance executive with an impressive track record of delivering results with a mission-driven focus. After a national search, I'm thrilled to welcome him to NEC," said Dr. Tracy White Weeden, NEC President and CEO. "He has a unique blend of strategic and financial acumen, operating skills, and the leadership experience required to proactively and positively shape change. Sai will be a valuable asset to our organization as we expand our organizational reach and impact as a leading non-profit advancing reading success."

As CFO, Pathi will oversee NEC's finance operations, providing financial insight for strategic decision making and maintaining the organization's financial health to support growth. He will lead a team in accounting, financial functions, endowment management, and the annual audit, with a focus on both near- and long-term financial stability. He will be based in NEC's Houston headquarters.

Pathi joins NEC from Concordia University Texas, where he held various roles leading to the Vice President of Finance and Human Resources. He has also held positions at for-profit organizations where he worked on product costing and designing accounting systems. Pathi said, "I am honored to join Neuhaus as CFO and collaborate with the dedicated team to fulfill the organization's mission."

Sai Pathi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from Concordia University Texas.
