Amber Pawlikowski is a Certified Healthcare Quality Professional with a background in critical care nursing and years of experience as a quality leader in several healthcare organizations, where she created, directed, and implemented quality strategic plans and improved clinical and financial outcomes for the cardiovascular service line. She holds degrees from the University of Virginia and Radford University, and is completing a PhD in health outcomes research. She brings to clients extensive expertise in the delivery of cardiovascular care, data analytics, project management, healthcare policy, and quality improvement methodology.

Elsa Mersereau, who holds a degree in industrial engineering, joins the team as a Performance Improvement Consultant.
