BGSF, Inc. Announces 33rd Consecutive Quarterly Dividend

PLANO, Texas--()--BGSF, Inc. (NYSE: BGSF), a leading national provider of workforce solutions, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per share of common stock.

The dividend is payable on March 2, 2023, to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 23, 2023. This marks the 33rd consecutive quarterly dividend and based on the Friday’s closing price of the Company’s common stock, the annualized yield is approximately 3.9%.
