(the “Company”) (NASDAQ: HONE), announced today that the Company’s 2023 annual meeting of shareholders (the “Annual Meeting”) will be held on May 17, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. local time, at Goodwin Procter LLP, 100 Northern Avenue, Boston, Massachusetts. Stockholders of record of the Company’s common stock as of the close of business on March 21, 2023 are entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting.
