McCoy has more than 30 years of experience in income and franchise tax consulting and public speaking. McCoy has extensive experience in handling complex audits, protests, and appeals. He has represented clients in administrative hearings and settlement conferences in more than 20 state jurisdictions and has worked extensively in state tax planning and restructuring engagements. McCoy is also a noted speaker on state and local tax topics and has served as an adjunct professor of law at Georgetown University Law Center.
