VAH Delivered Its Second New Airbus A220-300 in 2022 and Announces Five More A220 Aircraft Under Sale and Leaseback

STAMFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Voyager Aviation Holdings, LLC (“VAH,” the “Company”) announced that the Company has recently delivered another new Airbus A220-300 on long-term lease to Breeze Airways (“Breeze”) and agreed to provide five more aircraft under a further sale and leaseback transaction.

This is VAH’s second A220 delivery from Airbus’s U.S. Manufacturing Site. The A220 is the only aircraft purpose-built for the 100-150 seat market and brings together state-of-the-art aerodynamics, advanced materials and Pratt & Whitney’s latest-generation geared turbofan engines. The A220 delivers up to 25% lower fuel burn and CO2 emissions per seat compared to previous generation aircraft, and 50% lower NOx emissions than industry standards. In addition, the aircraft noise footprint is reduced by 50% compared to previous generation aircraft - making the A220 a good neighbor around airports.
