SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Candela Renewables, a fast-growing independent developer of utility-scale solar power generation facilities, today announced it has hired Jim Woodruff as its first Vice President of Public Affairs. Woodruff brings 15 years of experience in solar development to Candela, and will oversee and coordinate interactions with communities, regulators and elected officials who are stakeholders in Candela’s growing pipeline of solar power projects.
