Center Creek Capital Group Hires Social Impact Programs Manager, Underscoring Commitment to Generating Positive Impact through Affordable Housing

WASHINGTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Center Creek Capital Group ("Center Creek"), a mission-oriented housing investment and development firm specializing in affordable single-family rentals, has hired Monique Davis as Social Impact Programs Manager.

Davis will focus on enhancing Center Creek’s resident experience and overseeing resident service offerings, including the firm’s Pathway to Homeownership program and its financial literacy training. She will work one-on-one with residents to tailor services to best meet their specific needs, while driving the broader firm goal of unlocking opportunity for the families who rent Center Creek homes.

The hiring underscores Center Creek’s focus on generating positive social impact through its expanding portfolio of affordable single-family rental homes across the southeastern United States. It comes as the firm is leaning into its Affordable Housing Impact Investment strategy as a critical solution for addressing the nation’s housing affordability crisis.

Davis’ hiring buttresses Center Creek’s strong female leadership. She joins the firm shortly after it added Megan McNulty as Director of Portfolio Management.

Davis will also coordinate with Center Creek’s non-profit and foundation partners to organize additional resident programs and efficiently deliver a wide array of services.
