Save A Lot Appoints Retail Executive Cathy Skula to Board of Directors

SAINT ANN, Mo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Moran Foods, LLC (Save A Lot) today announced that Cathy Skula has been appointed to the Company’s Board of Directors as an Independent Director, effective immediately.

Ms. Skula, who currently serves as Operating Partner of Riverside, a global investment firm, brings to the board more than 30 years’ experience in retail. Prior to joining Riverside, she spent the majority of her career in various roles with Rent-A-Center, including serving as President and CEO of Rent-A-Center Franchising International, the Company’s wholly owned franchise subsidiary. There she grew the number of locations from 200 to more than 500, earning the #2 spot on Entrepreneur magazine’s list of “Best New Franchises.” Ms. Skula’s other executive roles with Rent-A-Center include tenure as Executive Vice President and Chief Development Officer as well as Division Vice President of Operations.
