Plymouth Rock Home Assurance Appoints Rachel Switchenko as Vice President of Customer Solutions

BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Plymouth Rock Home Assurance Corporation has appointed Rachel Switchenko as its Vice President of Customer Solutions, effective immediately. Switchenko, who previously directed customer care for Plymouth Rock’s Independent Agent auto business, is responsible for both customer service and underwriting for the Home group.

Prior to joining Plymouth Rock, Switchenko spent 11 years at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where she worked in accounting and data analytics before becoming the Director of Call Center Operations for both the Liberty Mutual and Safeco brands. Switchenko is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island and holds an MBA from Northeastern University.
