Napoli Shkolnik Files Federal Lawsuit against Carvana on behalf of State and National Classes of Duly Licensed Used-Car Dealers

This action is being brought on behalf of both State and National proposed classes of duly licensed used-car dealers who have been damaged as market competitors by Carvana’s false advertising and unlawful business practices.
