Karen Hockenberry Joins Visory to Lead Client Success and Implementation Teams

CHESTERFIELD, Mo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Visory, a provider of technology management, cybersecurity and hosting solutions for the accounting, wealth management and construction industries, today announced that Karen Hockenberry has joined as Vice President, overseeing the company’s Client Success and Implementation Teams.

In this newly created role, Hockenberry brings new executive leadership to the people and processes that comprise Visory’s service experience, known as Obsessive Support^®. She is responsible for building and sustaining strong client relationships, and is focused on enhancing the company’s onboarding, technology integration and client advocacy efforts. She will be based in St. Louis, Missouri, and will report to Bob Hollander, Chief Executive Officer of Visory.

Karen Hockenberry has more than 15 years of experience leading and managing client success teams for technology companies. Prior to joining Visory, she was Vice President and Chief Customer Officer at Connectria, a cloud and managed services company, and held senior services roles at Maritz Motivation Solutions, InterVision Systems and Netelligent Corporation. Hockenberry received her Masters of Business Administration from Northwest Missouri State University.
