Nobl9 Adds New Perpetual Free Edition and Updates Pricing to Ease Adoption of Service Level Objectives (SLOs)

Nobl9 Free Edition allows anyone to get started with SLOs quickly without time limitations, enabling platform, SRE, and DevOps teams to do more with less; Nobl9 introduces SLOcademy to increase SLO education options

LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--(AWS re:Invent booth 451) - Nobl9, the service level observability company, today announced Nobl9 Free Edition, a new perpetual free tier of its award-winning Service Level Objective (SLO) Platform. The hosted SaaS solution allows the creation of SLOs using metrics and observability data from 24+ popular tools, including Prometheus, Datadog, New Relic, Dynatrace, Google Cloud Monitoring, Amazon Cloud Watch, Amazon Managed Service for Prometheus, Splunk, and many more. Nobl9 also today introduced SLOcademy, which provides comprehensive walkthroughs of how to use Nobl9 to build Service Level Objectives from an organization’s existing monitoring.

In addition to the new free tier, Nobl9 has updated pricing and packaging, greatly increasing the SLOs included in each tier. Nobl9 Teams Edition (formerly Nobl9 Hydrogen) now includes 50 SLOs (doubled from 25) for $850/month. Nobl9 Enterprise Edition also has doubled the included SLOs from 75 to 150. Existing customers of Nobl9 Hydrogen will automatically be converted to Nobl9 Teams Edition and receive these new benefits.

“Community is very important to us, as we have demonstrated with SLOconf, OpenSLO and the SLO Development Lifecycle,” said Kit Merker, Chief Growth Officer, Nobl9. “Now, with our new perpetual free edition, community members can benefit from Nobl9 on a smaller scale as they start their SLO journey. Our paid customers are growing rapidly, and we are proud to offer them more SLOs at the same price, giving them a significant advantage as every organization faces pressure to do more with less.”

“We have helped a number of enterprises adopt SLOs. The SLODLC methodology has been instrumental in increasing the success and scale of SLO deployments,” said Jason Meltzer, account principal, Cognizant. “The new Nobl9 free edition will make SLOs more accessible and allow organizations to kickstart their SLO journey in their environment.”
