Business Savvy Human Capital Veteran Aims to Accelerate AHEAD’s Next Stage of Growth Through Culture and Development

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--AHEAD, a leading provider of enterprise cloud solutions, announced today the appointment of Kristin Supancich as Chief People Officer. A human capital veteran, Supancich is charged with helping to accelerate AHEAD’s impact in the industry. Her passion for people and business makes her a strong addition to the executive team as AHEAD continues to create a culture where employees can develop and thrive.

In her role, Supancich will partner with the collective executive team to support and steward an environment that nurtures excellence and fuels growth. With a focus on hybrid culture, people development and DEI initiatives, Supancich looks to continue to attract and retain the best talent, while unlocking their full potential.

“We could not be more thrilled to have a people-focused veteran like Kristin join our executive team,” said Daniel Adamany, founder and CEO of AHEAD. “Her experience supporting business growth and a proven record of empowering employee success will be welcome additions to the team as we step into this next chapter of AHEAD’s story.”

With more than two decades of experience, Supancich has led teams focused on creating workforce solutions for top organizations across the globe. She also has a remarkable record of leading human resource teams through incredible business growth. Her DEI initiatives have led to a more than 20 percent increase in diverse hiring and her previous companies have been the recipients of multiple diversity and top workplace awards.

“This is an exciting time for AHEAD as the company continues to pursue an aggressive growth strategy,” said Supancich. “AHEAD is united in the belief that a company’s most valuable asset is its people, and my role is to champion our people and create an environment where they can do their best work.
