BTIG Named Best Prime Broker by Hedgeweek

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--BTIG’s Prime Brokerage division has been named the Best Prime Broker by Hedgeweek’s Americas Awards 2022. Now in its eleventh year, the annual Hedgeweek Americas Awards “recognize excellence among hedge fund managers and service providers in the Americas across a wide range of categories.”

Hedgeweek partnered with Bloomberg, who provided the list of select fund managers, using a clearly defined methodology, to participate in the voting process. According to Hedgeweek, over 29,000 votes were cast in the process to select firms of which 38% were submitted by managers, 24% by investors and 38% by service providers. BTIG’s award was announced at Hedgeweek’s awards ceremony on Thursday, October 27, 2022.
