StreamSets to Empower Data Experts Through Its International, Multi-City Roadshow

Brand to host an educational, networking experience for data enthusiasts across all skill levels

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--StreamSets, a Software AG company, today announced StreamSets Roadshow, a series of international in-person educational and networking events to support data practitioners and leaders, with its first event series launching on November 1, 2022 in San Mateo. Each event will explore the role of data integration as a key enabler to advanced innovation and digital transformation and feature insights from industry experts such as Simon Rogers, data editor at Google and co-host of The Data Journalism Podcast; Tristan Zajonc, CEO and co-founder of Continual; Jaimita Bansal, VP and lead data scientist at Goldman Sachs; Doug Laney, Data & Analytics Innovation Fellow at West Monroe and Author of "Infonomics"; and more.

“Our organization is eager to host live events across the globe to deliver actionable data integration best practices and, more importantly, bring people together,” said Michele Reister, Vice President of Global Marketing at StreamSets. “Attendees will be able to network with peers and thought-leaders and take away learnings that they can immediately apply within their organization.”

During the events, StreamSets will offer two tracks, or sessions, that will feature local industry leader presentations, networking events and transformational workshops where individuals will learn how to turn data into value.

  • Track one - Bring Data to Life: Data engineering Discussion is meant for data engineers and architects looking to deliver value from locked-up data and hoping to take data integration to new heights. This track includes a hands-on workshop titled Data Pipeline Exploratorium.
  • Track two - Becoming a Connected Enterprise: Executive Roundtable is an executive track that brings together local data leaders from mid to large enterprises to share data transformation insights. During this session, StreamSets will aim to benchmark ideas and strategies, and discuss key challenges and opportunities in designing a roadmap to scalable and repeatable analytics.

Events will be available starting November 1 and will run through the first two quarters of 2023. Locations will include major cities across the U.S. and select cities in Australia, Canada, England, France, Germany, Scotland, Singapore, and Spain.

Currently, the registration fee is $49 USD a person, but for a short time, interested attendees can use the following promo codes for free attendance:
