Rainmaker Securities Invests in Technology Roadmap, Appoints Chief Technology Officer

MIAMI & LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Rainmaker Securities, a leading investment bank and broker dealer in the private securities market, today announced the appointment of Ken Anderson as Chief Technology Officer. With almost two decades of experience in global investment banking and IT processes and systems, Ken will lead the development and advancement of Rainmaker’s technology offerings, including the launch of a new platform that will deliver enhanced self-service capabilities for the company’s investors, shareholder clients, and broker dealer representatives.

Ken joins Rainmaker from Deutsche Bank, where he was responsible for designing a strategic cross-divisional reporting platform. Previously he served as Executive Director at Goldman Sachs, managing the Structured Products Services team supporting and implementing new issuance platforms and technologies for structured trades and fund products for the firm and its clients.
