Modus Create Acquires Promptworks

This acquisition is the third for Modus Create this year

RESTON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Modus Create, a digital transformation consulting firm, announced today that it has acquired Philadelphia-based Promptworks, a product and application development firm with expertise in retail, healthcare, and life sciences.

This announcement marks the third acquisition for Modus Create this year, having acquired Atlas Authority and Tweag in May and June, respectively. The acquisition of Promptworks is significant as it allows Modus to deepen its product development capabilities and establish a foothold in the thriving Philadelphia area, home to Promptworks customers such as URBN and Honeygrow. Promptworks CEO, Greg Sterndale, and other senior executives will join Modus Create as advisors.
