Paxiom to Showcase New Automated Solutions at Pack Expo

New high-speed bagger, robotic pick & place cell among new products to debut

LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Paxiom will showcase its latest automated packaging machine technology at Pack Expo International in Chicago from October 23 - 26.

Showgoers visiting Paxiom booth S-2153 can interact with their newest product releases:

• The VF 1200 high-speed continuous motion bagging machine,
• The WeightCheQ 0-250 high-accuracy check weigher,
• The PKR Delta top load pick & place robotic cell; and,
• A bulk bagging system featuring the BI 600 automatic bag inserter and BU 600 automatic bag uncuffer.

Producing up to 150 bags per minute, the VF 1200 is built for high-speed applications. This continuous motion vertical form, fill and seal machine can handle multiple package formats and produces a wide range of package sizes providing flexibility for both retail and club size packaging.

The WeightCheQ 0-250 is engineered with electromagnetic force restoration (EMFR) technology to achieve incredibly tight 0.01-gram tolerances. This high-precision machine is perfectly suited to precisely weigh gummies, capsules and candies and can seamlessly integrate with existing bagging, container filling, flow wrapping and case filling systems.

Designed by our in-house team of robotic specialists, the PKR Delta robotic cell achieves gentle product handling by either vacuum or mechanical means and can be customized to package products ranging from personal care items and vitamins to vegetables and snack foods into a variety of case and tray pack patterns.

The BI 600 bag inserter and BU 600 bag uncuffer are the perfect replacement for a manual bulk bagging process. Designed to fit seamlessly into a bulk bag filling line with a case erector, bulk weigh filler and case sealer to create a fully automated system that prepares cases, trays and bins for shipment.

In addition to these new product introductions, Paxiom will feature a wide variety of packaging solutions including weigh filling and powder filling systems, premade pouch bagging machines, a complete container filling system, flow wrappers and multiple end-of-line solutions including case and tray forming and cartoning machines.
