The Difference Card Appoints Joseph Donovan as Chief Executive Officer

ARMONK, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--EB Employee Solutions, LLC, dba The Difference Card, in partnership with Northlane Capital Partners (“NCP”), announced today that Joseph Donovan will return to The Difference Card as the company’s new Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Donovan first joined The Difference Card in 2008 as a Senior Sales Consultant and went on to hold increasingly senior revenue-related positions, culminating in his role as Chief Revenue Officer. During his tenure, Mr. Donovan accelerated the company’s growth by expanding its national footprint, creating new solutions, and further developing brokerage partnerships.

In 2020, Mr. Donovan left The Difference Card to help launch a benefits brokerage firm and serve as its Chief Revenue Officer. During his time there, he was responsible for helping build out its go-to-market strategy, which included sales and operations functions, and advising on the product roadmap and development.
