AccessOne Appoints Jeff Silverman as Chief Revenue Officer

30-Year Healthcare Veteran Will Lead Sales and Go-to-Market Strategy in Company’s Next Phase of Growth

CHARLOTTE, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--AccessOne, a leading provider of consumer-centric patient payment tools and financing options, today announced the appointment of Jeff Silverman as its first chief revenue officer. A 30-year healthcare veteran, Silverman brings deep sales expertise and a strong track record of success helping health IT companies take customer acquisition and retention strategies to the next level.

The appointment of Silverman follows a milestone year for AccessOne that included the acquisition of CueSquared, a one-touch mobile payment solution that streamlines the collection efforts of patient self-pay balances. Silverman will lead the company’s next phase of growth as a leader in digital patient financial engagement, offering a consumer-centric payment platform that meets patients where they are with what they need.

“AccessOne is bringing the most intuitive and pragmatic payment solutions to the market and equipping consumers and the healthcare organizations serving them with tools that drive higher collection rates, lower costs and world-class patient experiences,” said Mark Spinner, CEO of AccessOne. “We are delighted to welcome Jeff as AccessOne’s chief revenue officer as he brings the vision and depth of experience needed to fully monetize our expanding growth opportunities.”

Prior to joining AccessOne, Silverman was the chief revenue officer for Qualifacts, a leading electronic health record for behavioral health, where he led all go-to-market efforts. He also served as the senior vice president of provider sales for Change Healthcare and chief of sales operations for Sandata in addition to holding multiple leadership roles at McKesson Provider Technologies.

“I am passionate about helping healthcare organizations access the best technology available for optimizing care and business outcomes,” Silverman said. “In today’s market, the ability to deliver positive patient financial experiences is central to any strategy for success. It was clear from my initial introduction to AccessOne that the company is well-positioned to lead the way in making the financial journey easier for patients and providers, and I am excited to be part of this company’s future.”
