The lawsuit that was filed in the 101st Judicial District Court of Dallas County, Texas under Case Number DC-20-07569 has been settled. LSCRA, LLC remains the general partner and Lone Star Investment Advisors, LLC remains the investment advisor of Lone Star CRA Fund LP. The parties have requested that the 101st Judicial District Court of Dallas County, Texas dismiss with prejudice the case pursuant to a joint filing filed on September 20, 2022.
