Grant Thornton’s leadership development program wins gold medal award from Brandon Hall Group

The long-running awards recognize innovation and excellence in Human Capital Management

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Grant Thornton LLP, one of America’s largest audit, tax and advisory firms, won gold in the category of Best Unique or Innovative Leadership program at the Brandon Hall Group Excellence Awards.

The firm earned this honor for its Market Mover program, which helps Grant Thornton’s partners, principals and client executives refine and enhance their approach to building relationships across corporate boards and the C-suite. This program intentionally limits traditional teaching, instead allowing partners and principals to learn in real-time in front of industry executives who provide immediate feedback.
